Time to start working out intensively again -_-
So lately i’ve been completely neglecting eating healthily and working out. My diet is completely whack and college has caused me to eat at the most random times of the day. I sleep less than 6 hours a day regularly, which isn’t doing my metabolism any favors. All these factors combined has caused me to inflate to my highest weight of all time - 125 pounds. EEK. It may be a little less since it’s 8 pm right now, and my tummy is holding three meals. STILL, i’m at least 123 pounds, which is way too heavy :(
Last year at the start of Spring I weighed 122 pounds. I began working out and my weight dropped about five pounds within a month, which I was honestly pretty happy with. I continued working out in the summer and eating healthyish and ending up dropping to 115 pounds. I looked and felt pretty good then! But 115 pounds is far from my ideal weight. My goal is to get to 105 pounds, which at this point means I have to lose 20 freaking pounds. GAHHHHH. I can’t believe I’ve let myself get to this point. Time to go HAM on the ellipticals and weights at the gym ughgughughg. I hate working out but I have no other choice unfortunately. EFF MY FATTY TENDENCIES. I love food too much.
